材料
主料:土豆(黄皮)200克,

做法
1.将鸡蛋去壳,入碗打散;

西式冷菜菜谱:经典西式培根乳蛋派
材料
这个乳蛋饼是很经典的一个西餐乳蛋派食谱,希望亲们喜欢哦!
1:做蛋派皮:
350g面粉(大概 2 1/2 cups,一共是625ml)
250ml冷冻好的黄油(我做的时候把黄油减少了,250ml的话稍微味道有点重,还是不是很习惯黄油太多会比较腻),然后将黄油切成3厘米的条状待用.
7汤勺冰水, 1汤勺苹果醋(加醋的话面比较柔软)
2:乳蛋派内陷:
8片培根,切成块状(培根可多可少,根据口味添加)
250ml切碎的蒜苗(白色部分),洋葱也可以.
盐少许
黑胡椒少许
180g乳酪(低盐)
3:内陷蛋羹
2-3个鸡蛋加1-2个蛋黄
3/4 cup 80ml牛奶
少许百里香
做法
1:做派皮
350g面粉;250ml冷冻好的黄油条状;7汤勺冰水, 1汤勺苹果醋倒入搅拌机均匀搅拌,直到面成团.揉好以后用保鲜膜包好放进冰箱冷藏1一个小时左右.
2:做蛋羹:
将2-3个鸡蛋加1-2个蛋黄;3/4 cup 80ml牛奶混好备用.培根和洋葱放入锅中大火烹制2-3分钟,使其多余油费和水分排出.
3:将冷藏好的派皮拿出,用擀面棍擀成直径20cm左右的皮,放入烤具中(烤具最好深一点,防止蛋羹在烘烤是流出).
4:将派皮用锡箔纸盖好,上面填满米放入烤箱中220度考5分钟.这个步骤的目的是让派皮定型.
5:在考定型的派皮中依次放入1/3准备好的培根,1/3奶酪,1/3蒜苗,2/3培根,1/3奶酪,2/3蒜苗,最后放入剩下的1/3奶酪.
5:将准备好的蛋羹(材料3)轻轻倒入派皮中.
6:将装满蛋羹的派再放入烤箱160度,考40-45分钟直到蛋羹固定.

二、想顺利地将食物切开,正确的姿势与适当的角度非常重要。这里归纳成七个要点:

2、肩膀与手腕放松;
3、两臂贴着身体;
4、手肘不要过高或低;
5、刀叉与餐盘呈倾斜角;
6、以叉将牛排紧紧按住;
7、轻轻地移动刀子,压住时可用力。
这样不但能轻易地将食物切开,而且姿势看起来也相当优雅。刀的移动首先用力于左手的叉子,再轻轻地移动刀子。注意,将刀子拉回时不可用力,而是在往前压下时用力,这样才能利落地将食物切开。
叉子可依牛排的特性,自由地变换拿法以方便用餐。当叉起食用时,叉子的背面必须向上,不过,如果是舀起食用时,叉子应面向上方使用。
